It was recently discovered that the works of Tabineko were stolen and used to create AI-generated fake illustrations, which are being sold on online sites Temu, AliExpress and various sellers on Etsy. Despite the Artist (Mr. Mori) filing infringement complaints, these items continue to be listed. This is not only a violation of intellectual property but also a horrible business practice that exploits original creators for quick profit.
