Shipping policy

Free Shipping over $45 (USA only)

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update — as even if the package has been shipped, the status update does not always register immediately in the tracking system. 

Processing Time

*Generally, within three (3) business days (*excluding holidays and weekends). However, orders may take longer depending on the volume of orders received, especially during busy holidays or shop update periods. Order fulfillment is done by one person to ensure curated packaging and quality control.

Delivery

Once an order has been marked as “Delivered”, Paper Treats LLC is not responsible for any mail theft or loss. No refunds or replacements can be given in connection with our Policy. If a Customer’s order has shown delivered but have not received it, please notify Paper Treats ASAP to work together to try to file a claim and find a proper resolution.
