Orders are generally processed in *2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Timeframe may be longer depending on volume of orders received; especially during shop updates. If an order is time sensitive, please notify via the Contact Form to prioritize your order! 💛Paper Treats is a solo operated online shop with no staff! Owner handles everything from order fulfillment, customer service, product photography, site maintenance, packaging, shipping and package drop-offs to the post office.

Not at all! Just be sure to notify Paper Treats as soon as possible with your Order # and your request. As long as the order hasn't shipped out, it's never too late!

Due to the high international shipping rates from the United States (as of 2026 averaging anywhere from $23~58 USD); Paper Treats does not ship overseas unless Customer would still like to proceed in placing an order (please e-mail shop for assistance).

There are no returns or refunds as all products sold by Paper Treats LLC are direct imports from Japan with costs that cannot be recovered. Exception will certainly be made if there is damage during shipment or if the wrong product was inadvertently sent. In this case, kindly provide proof of damage with a photo. Customer feedback of products is ALWAYS welcome and highly encouraged!
