When will my order ship?
Please allow 3-4 *business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be prepared. ***However, estimated timeframe may take longer processing time depending on the volume of orders received, particularly during shop updates or a big product release. Paper Treats, LLC is solo operated, so all shop operations are done by one person (me). No matter how small or big an order, I personally take the time to fulfill each order with care.

Shipping
Free Shipping over $35 for US Customers only. Customers will receive a shipping notification from a third party shipping service. All orders are shipped with a first class or priority tracking number via the United States Postal Service or UPS. Due to staff shortage and service delays, USPS tracking may not update for 48 hours even if the package has been shipped.
Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by USPS, Paper Treats, LLC is not responsible for any mail theft or loss. No refunds or replacements can be given in connection with our Policy. However, if a Customer’s order has shown delivered but have not received it, please notify Paper Treats ASAP so we can work together to try to file a claim with USPS and find a fair resolution together.
International: Overseas shipping is currently available to Canada only but please note that it is extremely high. Shipping to Canada is set at flat rate of $22. Customers are also responsible for any import or duty taxes. Unfortunately, this is the high cost of shipping from the U.S. and the price set by USPS (United States Postal Service). In addition, Paper Treats packages require tracking and cannot be mailed in a flat envelope. *However, should the shipping rate be lower than the set amount at time of shipment, customer will be given a proper shipping rate adjustment refund.
Returns
All items are final sale and cannot be returned, as all products are imported directly from Japan and some are specialty items with limited inventory. Exceptions will be made with proof of damage or an error made by Paper Treats. Please notify by e-mail as soon as possible.
Cancellation
Change of heart? Accidentally order the wrong item? Cancellations or adjustments will only be accepted within the first 24 hours after an order is placed. Likewise, if there is an inventory issue due to shop error and an item is out of stock or no longer unavailable, a full refund will be issued. Under the Terms & Conditions, Paper Treats, LLC also reserves the right to cancel a Customer order if it is deemed for sole purpose of reselling on platforms such as eBay, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace and Etsy without a proper retailer business license.
