RETURN POLICY

 ALL SALES ARE FINAL and products cannot be returned or exchanged (*see exception). Products sold by Paper Treats LLC are direct imports from Japan with various costs that cannot be recovered such as 1) specialty items of limited release and/or inventory; 2) high international shipping charges; 3) handling costs; and 4) duty taxes.

*Exceptions will certainly be made with proof of damage or an error made by Paper Treats LLC ("Owner"). Please notify by e-mail as soon as possible with photographs of any product damage or error.  Customers unsatisfied with a particular product such as quality or design flaw are encouraged to contact shop and provide feedback. This will allow Paper Treats to reevaluate products to stock in shop and maintain quality control. 

 

CANCELLATION

Change of heart? Accidentally order the wrong item? Cancellations or adjustments will be accepted within the first 24 hours after an order is placed. Likewise, if there is an inventory issue due to shop error and an item is out of stock or no longer unavailable, a full refund to Customer will be issued.  Paper Treats LLC also reserves the right to cancel a customer order if unable to fulfill the order or purchase is used for unauthorized reselling.  Paper Treats LLC is a fully licensed online retailer.
