These refills contain two types of formatted sheets to record everything coffee!  One form is to jot down tasting notes such as brewing method, acidity level and coffee roast levels.  The second form is for a cafe log of shops you've visited, cafe hours, what drink you purchased. 

Even though the text sheets are entirely in Japanese, you can still make it your own and use it in your own way.  Or, google translate!
