Do you know the story of Gon the Fox?  Gon is a mischievous fox frequently stealing food from the local village; but has a change of heart when realizing the hardship of a particular villager.  This Japanese folktale is written by Nankichi Niimi who has been compared the Hans Christian Andersen of Japan.
