Description

Cold and refreshing, especially on a hot day! Unlike buckwheat noodles, somen are thin noodles made of rice flour and enjoyed with a light dipping sauce called tsuyu.  My family enjoys it served cold with ice cubes during the summer months, and then served in warm broth during the winter.
