There are so many variations of rice crackers in Japan — senbei (traditionally round and soy sauce flavor), okaki (made from mochi sticky rice and chunkier in size) and arare (also smaller but thin and often shaped like a stick).  They are all an enjoyable crunchy snack whether craving sweet or salty! 🍘
