For RiraRira Hanko, it’s not only about creating fun designs but quality in the process and brand philosophy. Ms. Tashiro brings her designs to life and has created her own cast of characters. Chief (Uncle) Iwai was first introduced followed by his wife, Hatsuyo. The two have a very loving relationship. His drinking buddy is Factory Manager Kawai. But Iwai isn’t the only star of the brand. There’s Mamoru-kun, a third-grader who loves rice and has a laid-back personality. Maron-chan exudes sweetness and she enjoys visiting cafes; her favorite dessert is Mont Blanc. Her boyfriend is Macaron-kun. Last but not least, Osaka personality Aunt Seki!
