Return Policy

Products sold by Paper Treats LLC are direct imports from Japan with various costs that cannot be recovered. Exceptions will certainly be made with proof of damage or shop error.

Shipping & Processing

Free Shipping over $40 (USA only) with tracking; via USPS or UPS. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking status to update in the system as it does not always register immediately.

Processing Time: *generally, within three (3) business days (*excluding holidays and weekends). However, orders may take longer depending on the volume of orders received, especially during busy holidays or shop update periods. Order fulfillment is done soley by the owner.
