[4legs] Lucky Cat Pochibukuro

$750

[4legs] Lucky Cat Pochibukuro is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.

Vibrant red with lucky cat!  The pochibukuro (mini gift envelope) is a cute gift simply on its own!  This is illustrated by Japanese artist Harumi Nishimura of 4legs who my customers are familiar with her creation of Mushroom Cat!

This envelope is made of high-quality washi paper called hosho paper — it is much thicker and paper used for ceremonial giving such as at weddings or for condolences.  In the Edo period, hosho was considered luxury paper. You will know instantly by the touch that this is not a commercially printed pochibukuro.

  • set of five (5) mini envelopes
  • there is no seal on the flap; please use washi tape, glue or sticker to seal
  • 2 1/2 x 5 1/4 in
